1. Overview
This policy explains how FAZ 3D Lab handles information when you visit faz3dlab.com, contact support, download a trial, activate a product or make a purchase through an external marketplace or payment provider.
2. Information you provide
If you contact support, FAZ 3D Lab may receive your name, email address, product/platform, message content and any files or technical details you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or confidential client assets unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
3. Website hosting and technical data
The website may be hosted through Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, device information, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare's own privacy terms apply to its processing.
4. Support form and email
When you use the website support form, FAZ 3D Lab receives the name, email address, subject, selected product/platform and message you submit. The form may use Cloudflare Pages Functions and Resend to transmit the request and to send an automatic confirmation. The support mailbox may be hosted through Zoho Mail. These service providers may process the information needed to deliver the message under their own terms and privacy practices. Support information is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot supported products, maintain relevant correspondence and protect the service from abuse.
5. Trial registration and licensing
When server-backed trial registration or product activation is enabled, the product may process information needed to provide the trial or license, such as an email address, activation status, product/version identifiers and a machine-related identifier designed for license enforcement. The exact production workflow and service providers will be documented here before those features are made public.
6. Purchases
When purchases are enabled through a third-party provider such as Lemon Squeezy, Fab or another marketplace, that provider may collect billing, tax, payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy. FAZ 3D Lab does not need to receive or store your full payment-card details when the transaction is handled by the external provider.
7. Cookies and analytics
The initial static website does not intentionally require advertising cookies. If analytics, embedded videos, fraud-prevention tools or other services that use cookies or similar technologies are added later, this policy and any consent controls will be updated as appropriate.
8. How information is used
Information may be used to provide support, operate trials and licensing, deliver purchased products, improve compatibility and reliability, prevent abuse, maintain security, meet legal obligations and communicate important product or service information.
9. Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support history, licensing, transaction records, security and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the service and applicable requirements.
10. Service providers and international processing
FAZ 3D Lab does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, email, licensing, payments, downloads, security or support, which may include Cloudflare, Resend, Zoho, Render, Fab, Lemon Squeezy or replacement providers used for the same purposes. Depending on the provider, information may be processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
11. Your choices and requests
You may contact FAZ 3D Lab to ask about personal information associated with your support or licensing interactions, to request correction or deletion where applicable, or to object to optional communications. Rights and exceptions may differ depending on your location and applicable law. Service, security, licensing and transaction records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
12. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.
13. Policy updates
This policy will be updated when the public trial, licensing, checkout or analytics setup changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
